Our Approach

DataGridz was engaged via. HCL South Africa to undertake an in-depth systems and process audit towards gaps assessment and mitigate them. A version migration was carried out around more than 152 mining applications, backed by proper log management. Disaster recovery audit were successful, after proper secured controls were implemented. A proper process was documented around best practices to be adopted.
Drastic improvement on process front, helped to do a proper strategy implementation around new technology adoption. This leading to a sizable positive impact on business front.
